Shipping costs are based on the the total weight and volume of each order. To obtain a quote, just add your order items to the shopping basket and click through to the checkout. There you can enter your location and obtain a quote on the spot. Orders ship from Sydney, Australia, within 1 business day of clearing payment.

Several steps are taken to ensure that customers are not overcharged for shipping:

  1. There are no packing or handling charges whatsoever.
  2. The weight and volume of every product is pre-measured and recorded into the online store.
  3. The system calculates the order’s total weight and volume upon checkout.
  4. During checkout, the customer selects a shipping option and destination.
  5. The system sends this information to Australia Post, to retrieve the accurate shipping cost.

These steps ensure that all freight costs are accurate. In the rare event that customers are overcharged for freight, the excess cost will be refunded immediately.

As a guide, orders within Australia are posted via the regular parcel delivery (1-5 business days) or Express Post (1-2 business days). Both options are affordable, priced at $4.55 (250g) to $6.00 (500g) for regular delivery, and $8.40 for Express Post (500g). International freight costs vary slightly, with a 250g parcel to USA priced at $9.55, and $11.35 to Europe (up to 10 business days delivery time).
